As shown (or maybe not) in the fine print , in accordance with the Federated Ice Association(FIA) regulations , the extremely large prize fund(ELPF) was duly rolled over into next year's contest on Dec 31st , so , sadly , I have to say , that Mr. Tamasz , even with a picture would not have been eligible for the Solid Precipitation Person(SPP) prize .

It's too bad , really , as it could have completely changed his life .
