Not terribly slow, a bit under 80 kph. For example yesterday's first, admittedly in darkness, was the same.

Well I haven't seen the mention of what Newey might have found, but just forum members on F1Technical have found loopholes in the aero package regs that seem would easily change the idea of outwash...
