So Chardonnet and Kubica restarted and running first, Seb O will not have a perfectly clean road.
    Any news on stage conditions?

On SS1 icy conditions so everybody most at same. Maybe a bit more snow to end runners.
SS2 wet conditions and above zero temp, everybody cuts and road is more dirty after every car.
Tyre choise for Ogier and Loeb are same, 4 studds ( but no info what be in a boot)

Both Bouffier and Serderidis (crashed in same place) not restarting because they arrived at parc fermé too late. Their cars were pulled out only at 3 O'Clock in the night! So regulations do allow Rally2, but it seems like the organizer can still decide a little...

Seems that road maintenance has improved a lot in france and they have managed to almost clean all the mountain roads as well. But there is still the fact that there are two sno-piles on both sides of roads, it is melting a bit during the day and it freezes overnight. Ok, They are putting some extra salt on the road as well and that decreases the temperature where ythe ice is forming. For the morning, it looks like the temperature is even a bit less that melting temperature with extra salt, so pure tarmac pon the lower parts, black ice on the climbs, decend and shade and snow on the top.
So, Ss3, First part is running in the forest (5km) and it is climbing from 840m to 1220meters, then there is open section for two km, followed by one km section in the forrest and in the northern slope of the mountain, should be very tricky. Another open section 1.5km long, followeed by western expposed mountain side with forrest. Final km-s are partly in forest and partly in open filed. Final corners are in northern exposed forrest again. Should be very variable stage
