I think there is a tyre-fitting zone before the stages of Panzerplatte, so it didn't make a difference.

Anyways, SS12 shortened:

SS12 UPDATE:
Peterberg will run this afternoon in a shortened format. The first pass this morning - as SS8 - was cancelled after Ogier’s Polo destroyed an Armco barrier near the start. On the repeat - as SS12 - crews will start from a new point after the damaged barrier, bringing the stage length down from 11.08km to 9.38km
