i don't see any strange or mysterious situation going on at Hyundai. the reason, to me, is very very simple. Company cut the money, as opposite as toyota that keeps investing what is needed in development. hiunday is falling behind as m-sport does every year. and for the same reason.
There is no budget problem at Hyundai. Only an equipment and skills one.
