this and the fact that organiseres are not able to bring back the cars in time makes N.O.T. ´s statement about 3rd world country a reality...sorry, but this is simply dump..

Sounds like he is talking about the situation, that Manufacturesr are playing dirty. That it is not possible to win with a private team. Sounds like he was told, that he will not win if in a private...
