The Lebanese pilot Gilbert Bannout has confirmed that he is working hard on a project that will make him return in 2017 to the Canary Islands Rally of the FIA ERC

The rates are the same but as they are based on a "per mile" usage rate (with a slightly lower charge for a second use) you need a big entry to keep the entry fee down to a sensible level. The only...
