Germany, Monte, Corsica all regularly held on muddy asphalt so this would seem like a perfect place to test in competition.

You don't understand the WRC27 rules yet. Who says the engine need be FIAT? Yes, RMC of Roberto Mendez. Btw, they annouced that will not produce more models of N5 (different shapes).
