Interesting to read that Max Vatanen is going to step back from the BRC to concentrate on the Dmack Fiesta Trophy.

So he's effectively stepping out of an R5 car to win a competition to return to an R5 car, albeit at WRC level.

He's had some bad luck in the BRC so far but his pace hasn't quite been at the level many (including myself) expected. As we've seen it's quite a big jump up to R5 from Dmack Trophy.

Doesn't look like anyone will replace him in the car for BRC. Just a single-car entry now for the time being.
