Absolutely. The spectator almost quite litterally threw himself towards a moving rally car that had gone off and hence was really unpredictable in that moment, yet it's JML to suffer these (quite drastic) consequences.

As a result of the incredibly poor work of ACM regarding their "safe" zones and the work of marshals (that really aren't anywhere to be seen, huh?), JML now suffers. What a display of logical thinking and sportsmanship, eh?
