Two rear punctures for McErlean and a front puncture for Sesks, what on earth is happening with MSport today?

Seems these super cold temperatures aren’t for Hankook or they are driving with too low pressures

So.. any explanation? Last year wasn't so bad, did Hankook bring a new compound? Is it Hankook who says how much pressure will the wheel have? Is there any other possible explanation?

There is for sure a minimum pressure specified by Hankook. Either M Sport is running even lower or Hankook got their calculations wrong and specified a too low pressure to begin with. It wouldn't be the first time in motorsport that teams are not adhering to the specifications and than run into trouble.

So, Lappi just needs to manage his lead over the other Hyundai's.

Strange tyre issues for M-Sport. I'd think a good pressure would press the studs into the ice more.

Ander after the first stage of the day, I would have suspected them to have inflated the tyres a bit more to avoid risk.

Kankkunen is right. Everybody loved the Group Bs, but they were literally killing the Sport and had to go. Rally 1s are great as cars, but they're figuratively doing the same thing to WRC. And this...
