2026 - Offseason
Red Bull announces Marko is gone. Publicly, they are saying he chose to retire.
a. But privately, he embarrassed RB management with a statement to the press that "Antonelli had pulled over to let Lando pass," which helped generate a lot of hate towards Kimi.
b. He is also reported to have signed Lindblad and Dunne without any internal approval, which did not make management happy.
c. The team wanted to continue the corporate restructuring that started with the removal of Horner.
F1 is preparing for changes to shorten weekends and add sprint races. Their plan will be presented soon.

Good.
I am really at a loss as to who is the front runner for either championship. Does anyone know if there is an article detailing the rules changes for next year?" Lady - I'm in an awful dilemma.
Moe - Yeah, I never cared much for these foreign cars either."

I'm shocked that nobody has mentioned Adrian Newey becoming team principal. Will being TP reduce his abilities as the aero guru he is known to be? Or could it become a deadly brew of having enough power to push aero to limits that the power units can't tolerate?

Maybe he always wanted to be TP and is looking forward to it? I don't know how much it will affect his aero duties but we will see.

And that is my primary concern. It seems like a roll of the dice, possibly taking away from his area of his best skills and making his life more complicated with running the team. He seems like a logical kind of guy that could balance both, and no doubt his aero changes take time to test, so maybe it will be for the better.
But for his first year taking the helm with the new rules, which even for a person such as Adrian might make things tricky, it just seems a risk that would be better pushed back until they have a more solid handle on the new aero regs.

I think in some ways it will depend on how much confidence he has in his aero team. If he can leave them to it and only lightly supervise then he can focus on the other aspects. If he can't let go and starts to micro-manage the aero side then it could very well get messy and ineffective.

that would be very very sad, as Rally Hungary in Veszprem is the greatest rally in ERC
