I have just been informed I have been nominated to perform the charity act sweeping Britain at the moment.
The ASL amyotrophic lateral sclerosis ice bucket challenge. Is basically give a donation for charity and then pour a bucket of cold water filled with ice cubes over your head in full clothing.
Good cause but sounds pretty nasty

should be tough but doable if you are used to showering with cold water everyday, all year long (like I do
but then I don't live in a cold country like you do) - at least it is in "full clothing"
