I guess we will see official photos of the new Fabia in June/July, and then they can present the R5 to us at Barum

The road car starts production in August, and as with other recent new Skodas which have followed this pattern the first official photos were usually published around June/July before the motorshow presentation later.

Think that livery was just for the show. They would have removed the Toyota Gazoo Racing stickers if the intention was to use that livery for the season.
