most on soft tyres while it is almost dry.Big problems for next 2 stages.

Yep, going by the pictures it's just about totally dry. Tyre management will be important.

why side of tyre looks so bad, instead - center tyre section looks great?

Sordo doesn't qualify, his good stage time seems to have been one off. Tanak on the other hand is hanging there every stage. He's my choice at the moment.
