Palau has a Yellow spot on blue background but I don't think its central.

We have them all.
Japan is a red disc on a white field
Bangladesh is a red disc on a green field
Palau is a yellow disc on a light blue field
as for the others
South Korea has a blue and red disc on a white field
Bunei is a red crescent and praying hands on a yellow field with diagonal black and white bands

On paper, maybe. But you could easily do the same with F1. Because the final regulations weren't set until end of 2025, things were changing every time. Well you know when engine regulations were...
