What are the rules regarding being late to a stage ?

Or is it at the stewards discretion ?

Breen's and Ancian's penalty's are for an early check in at SS3 & is an unfortunate mistake by the co drivers that can't be reversed.

Being late - for every minute ten seconds penalty
Being early - for every minute one minute penalty

for those who are interested in regulations regarding speeding in wrc:
20.4.4 For the first infringement other than speeding: a penalty will be applied by the Stewards

20.4.5 For the second infringe ment: a 5-minute time penalty.
20.4.6 For the third infringement: exclusion applied only by the Stewards

Something must be wrong with Tlustak's car. At the wheel of Fabia S2000 he is behind Citroen DS3 R3T in the standings. Orsak, who drives this car for the first time, is over 30 seconds faster than Tlustak after just 3 stages...

Thanks, however I think that in ERC it's usually more relaxed. I think that most of the speeding incidents stay between drivers and police without getting to the stewards.

He had problems in engine for whole first loop, misfire sometimes (especially in high revs), maybe sparking plug.
