Richard Burns Rally stage competition thread
Hi again!
I thought we could have a bit of fun with a thread where we compete on selected stages, and list the times here. Just for fun! This is how it works: Anyone can suggest a stage, anyone who is interested does as many runs as they like on the stage, and list their best time in a post. I will then copy that time into this post. After some time we should have a nice list of times from many different stages.
Is anyone interested? There is no specific time this has to happen, just something that we can do when people have time. Could we perhaps make this thread a sticky if there is enough interest?Rally driver in the Norwegian Rally Championship.

Hello There, sounds like a great idea. Could i suggest the first stage?
How about Frazier Wells, i love the stage as it is so fast, and the times are generally so close because of it being so fast.
Does it now work by me posting my time for the stage?
Anyway my time is 2.02.03 set in a Fiat Grande Punto S2000 using a keyboard, (don't worry my new steering wheel is arriving next weekend )NZ Rally Car Database - nzrallycars.weebly.com

Great! I will set up Fraiser Wells in the top post now Great if people also want to run new stages that have been included in RSRBR13 too!
EDIT: WAIT, I can't edit my first post longer - can somebody help me so this is possible? If not this leaderboard could get very messy over many posts.Rally driver in the Norwegian Rally Championship.

How about we take nominations in this thread and run a competition thread every week or so. Or ask LCD nicely lol.

Yeah, all about the lines haha, i'm flat out pretty much the whole way as well but i know i can go a bit faster with a wee bit less sideways. I do have a longer gearing though for better top speed so that might help. I have done a 2:00:44 with a Citroen C4 WRC with a half spin in the final sector but i was 5 seconds up on the Punto time and the second split.

With Impreza R4 using short gears my best time so far is: 00:42.04 - 01:20.76 - 02:02.91. In the last sector the car struggled a bit.

Lets revitalise this idea a wee bit! Any suggestions for a new stage?

I say Loch Ard and the reverse version. It is now available with the latest update of RSRBR.

I've had a quick shot of that stage and it's every nice, in terms of grip. Notes are off in a few places. Will try some times next week.
