OT: show brags
Just so's I don't bore all you folks weekend after next by talking about all things cat, a quick little update on Madam Pearl's lastest two shows.
At Cam Cat a fortnight ago, she had four second places (including her Open) and one fourth in her classes. It was a tough show with some of the best HP cats in the UK, so all considering, she did very well.
On Saturday she competed in the Ely CP pet cat show. She had three firsts (including her open class), a second and a third. She was then judged to be the best local cat and then beat the 16 other shorthaired girls to be judged best female.
As a result she went up to be judged for Best in Show - her first ever BIS nomination. She just missed out to Jaffa, a longhaired ginger and white boy, but it was pretty close. Am so proud of my little girl though!Scrumpy, scrumpy, scrumpy, SLEDGEHAMMER!!!
