Tushkanova won't compete in rally Liepaja-Ventspils because of serious crash in Lapland. She wrote about it in her twitter

As I said, I hope the preliminary forecast is undeestimating the effect of partly frozen Baltic Sea. It might turn out that the temperature still drops below 0 from Friday evening.But lets wait a little.

One more event in Baltics - Halls Winter Rally (Utena, Lithuania). Some participiants used this rally to prepare for Liepaja-Ventspils.
Spectacular jump included.
