It looks like they don't drive there anymore, it was one of the last corners of Moselland near the village Piesport, so would be one of the first now, but its not on the map of planetemarcus if I'm right..

Yes it is one of the Piesport Hairpins and it will be driven also this year. Just in other direction, uphill.
2012 its the second hairpin, about 1.4 km after start.
