I totally agree, with a well sorted turbo engine the BMW should fly. A better weight distribution will help look after the tyres and with RWD they'll still be rocketships off the line, even without the ideal 1st gear ratio.
I'm interested to know if these are turbo versions of the old naturally aspirated engines or a new design?? I seem to remember Dick Bennetts stating early last year that BMW had advised NOT turbocharging the old naturally aspirated engine.
Anyone have any ideas?
