Mikko is securing points to Loeb and dont ever want to risk them as they are. Would be stupid to push on the limit for him.

After Meeke crash he has rather nothing to gain by pushing (only if Sordo, Ogier or Solberg got puncture or sth like that). But earlier he could fight for 4th place. If he wants to fight for the title he needs to be much faster in Spain.

The guys from MM Motorsport have told me that Tänak has two switches - ON and OFF. If he is ON it, then he is really fast. When he is going to drive carefully, then he is really badly off pace. He does not know how to drive on medium pace. I guess lack of experience.
