Name me a married guy with a wife and children who is regulary winning races ,we should assume they dont think like that,but it is a big factor,

Sir Jack Brabham won his last F1 race in 1970, at which time the eldest of his 3 sons was 18. His 3 World Championships came while he had a young family. Obviously, family did not affect his pace.

I think Massa, Heidfield and Trulli all are married and have children, winning, naah, whining, yes to some extent.

The first name that springs to mind is Michael Schumacher. He married his wife in 1995 and they had their first child in 1997 which was then followed by their second in 1999. His children were very young when he was fighting for championships yet it had no reflection on his racing and his risk taking from what I saw. Its still rare to have a driver in this position though.

Exactly who sprang to my mind. He only won the odd 60 races after his second child in 99.
