The Pirelli's don't seem consistent though.

they were a lot better than was feared by some, and added something to the race, at least there actually is a difference between the hard and softs, and they actually do wear out, and can be nursed through.

hard to argue against the top 3 for the top 3 drivers of the day, plus Perez as well for the reason above

Pérez all the way. It's only one race into the season, so it's hard to make predictions, but this guy might have a bright future.

yeah, Jenson could and probably should, have given that place (which became 2 straight away) back. if he had he probably would have got back past Massa who was getting slower, and given the pace he showed and the gaps at the end, would have had a shot of getting Petrov, as he was quicker than the Ferraris and Webber after that anyway (and Petrov i think).

Almost all Finn's since Paavo Nurmi who are fast in their sport have been called "Flying", particularly the 1960's rally drivers, but I was actually thinking of "Flying Finnish" - the timing line at...
