Trojan sent to me
A trojan was sent to me in the form of a parcel delivery notification, but was bloacked by my Adaware. The notification was in the form of a zipped file.
When in doubt, run in circles, scream and shout

These aren't in any way unusual!
One I get quite often is the standard "You're bank account has been suspended due to suspicious activity, please download the attached form and fill it in and return to us".
Of course the 'form' is a virus. Please 'like' our facebook page http://www.facebook.com/motorsportforums

Greetings to you,
I am Barrister. Godwin Addo (Esq.), a legal practitioner. My client was a member board of trustees SPDC London and was killed with his entire family in a fatal accident some years ago, Before his death, I assisted him to deposit the sum of $15.5.00Million ( Fifteen Million Five Hundred Thousand United states Dollars) in a Security Company here in Ghana for safekeeping.
The funds have remained unclaimed since his death, Considering the lack of success to locate any of his relatives for over a year now,I hereby solicit your consent to enable me present you as the Next of Kin to my deceased client and you will then give instructions to the Security Company to transfer the deposited funds into another account you will provide, after which we shall then share the funds upon agreed terms.
Finally, Please I would like you to keep this proposal as a top secret and furnish me with the following information which will assist me in this claim,
1) Full Name
2) Home/Office Address
3) Age
4) Marital Status
5) Cell Phone/Fax Number
6) Your Country
7) Occupation
8) Sex
9) Your Company
These information will assist me to secure the necessary papers in your name When I receive your response, I will provide you with further details.

I was going to post that I always bring my own Trojans to the party and mine come in a sealed bag,. I would be hesitant to use anything like that that came in a "zipped file" although carrying around your trojan in a zipper bag for re-use might not be a bad idea........then I figured it out.
BTW----Those barrister emails, I have recieved a number over the years....
then there are the "customer satisfaction" from various banks where they ask for your ID and password to "sign in" so they can be sure to really are a customer.
For some reason, I have receved many from "banks" where I never had an account.Only the dead know the end of war. Plato:beer:

Not a trojan but had a fake Japan appeal scam e-mail the other day, the sender of which ought to be sent there, into the thick of it, to do something useful.
