    so theres a scholorship to get the FIl champ to Indycar...

    so according to this article, not only will there be a scholorship to get the Star Mazda champ to FIL, but also one to help the FIL champ jump to the IndyCar series. while I think this is great news, does anyone actually know how this will actually work? article is vague on details.
