Joan Vinyes replaces Karl Kruuda, but doesn't enter JWRC as he is too old...
I don't know who will receive JWRC wildcard, but I would bet on Climent Domingo or Ferran Pujol.
Xevi Pons will enter, but the doubt is if he will do with a Focus WRC 05 or his usual Fiesta S2000.

Maybe the extra cost for this mixed rallye is the reason. Normally more private drivers were runing here...

Kruuda has Estonian driving license and since Estonia is member of EU, it should be valid anywhere in EU, shouldn't it? He was driving on Barum too and in CZ it's also forbidden to drive before age of 18.
