Yes if you read the Crash.net article it says the design will be the same for both cars, but sponsors will stipulate the colours (different sponsors for each car)

As I understand it, Matt's car was meant to be in the same colour as Gareths but sponsors dictated a change to the livery shown above. I'm sure PDS will be able to confirm the reasons.
