IMO Red Bull are a bit panicked because of McLaren. They need to stay ahead of the "silver arrows" if they want to reduce the gap to Jenson quickly.

With no mid season testing strapping a kers device to the car at a race weekend would be like playing russian roulette.

if spa is cool or rainy then expect an RBR 1-2...without the need of kers
perhaps this is looking forward to monza. where it would most definitely helpyou can't argue with results.
