And here he says that Dynamics has the car to win the title..

Thompson is trying to keep his options open. I can fully believe what he said about both Team Dynamics and Tempus Sport, he would be winning races with either team.

Im guessing Team Dynamics and Northern South, shame they expect that it might not be in time this year, but also, the cars arent S2000 spec, yet they'd be a manufacturer entry, how would that work?

The are locally homologated in Sweden, The BTCC and STCC has agreement that their homologation process is applicable in both championships

Except that it's more likely to be in British GT's now rather than BTCC. Assuming we're talking about the same one!

I would guess the latter to be more likely Northern South having lost the SEAT works contract and all, plus if they do make the switch, id wonder if they bring over their works driver Robert Dahlgren to take one of the seats, seeing he has valuable experience with the C30.
