    Indy Lights: From November 17th

Another driver trying to make way for US drivers
into the IRL has well progressed in his testing.
Formula Pacific 2000 champ Jeff Westphal drove
a successful test for RLR/Andersen racing.

It is getting better day to day with US talent
in the Indy Lights. Bomarito, Summerton,
Kimball, Joel Miller, and now Westphal.

Kimball is quite experienced, but he didn't really cut in European junior Formulae.
