Buying a bad car and sorting the V5

Ok bare with me while I try and explain the situation a mate has got into.

He sees a car on Ebay he likes, bids and wins it. The car is described as having no rust and mechanical faults. It has 12 months MOT and 6 months tax so all seems good.

My mate goes to pay for the car and signs the V5, which is addressed to some one completely different (not the seller) but the small green slip is already signed by the seller. He then drives off and realises the car isnt right. The brakes are shocking, the speedo needle jumps over bumps and the o/s sill looks like this..

So he emails the seller who says hes sorry that the car isnt up to standard and that he will give a refund as long as the car is returned tomorrow.

BUT what happens with the V5 as the small slip is in the sellers name and the main part has been sent off to the DVLA. My mates affraid that the seller could rack up a load of fines under his name.

Cheers in advance for any advice.

Supposing the car is driveable on the road, I guess people wouldn't want to get closer and hit it, it may cause their car some tetanus infected.

I'd imagine that you contact the DVLA in Swansea and explain the situation.
You're so beige, you probably think this signature is about someone else.

If it's only just passed an MOT but is in such a poor condition I'd report the testing station to the DfT

I can only assume that money changed hands for such a wreck to pass an MOT.

As for buying a car from eBay, buyer beware. Personally I wouldn't buy a car without test-driving it and running an HPI check.

Arrow World of Warcraft Gold Farmers

Massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) is a WoW Gold genre of online computer role-playing games (CRPGs) in and which a large number of players interact with one another in a virtual world. As in all RPGs, So please try WoW Powerleveling and players assume the role of a fictional character not Runescape Powerleveling and (most commonly in a fantasy world),and take control over many of that character's actions.MMORPGs are distinguished from single-player or small multi-player CRPGs by the number of players, and by the game's persistent world, usually hosted by the game's publisher, which continues to exist or and evolve while the player is away from the game.someone said that is a great idear, but i think it's a nice choose! why? because that and Maple Story Mesos it's a best games items for mmorpg, and somefor games player not to be our best games, lol~ we should try and buy some also we can learn some to improve our games account!
