NO WAY can the All-Star Race be called boring !!!

I enjoy close racing also. It was kind of boring though because there wasn't any exciting finishes in all 4 segments. There were a few exciting battles and I didn't expect Kahne to win, which was cool. I was surprised that there were no big wrecks in any of the segments though.

It was alright. The racing was not up to the standard of a lot of the past wreckfests, but as Stan points out, wrecking isn't racing, and sometimes it is interesting to watch a crew chief and driver just outsmart people and drive to the front....
