Just read Motoring News and saw the info regarding the organisors hopes of getting ex World Champions out on the Rally. What a fantastic idea, names mentioned are Stig Blomqvist, Bjorn Waldergard, Ari Vatanan, Hannu Mikkola.Dave Richards to navigate Vatanan after 27 odd years. Shows the esteem that they all felt fo Colin. The names say it all and I believe all in Escorts.

Fantastic news and a fitting tribute. When I read this yesterday the hairs on the back of my neck stood on end.. It will be an awesome sight to see them all compete again.. This could maybe end up drawing bigger crowds than the Rally GB...
I guess my brother will be entering.... just need to find 4 grand to have the 2nd car finished if I want to enter too, I think I'd rather be spectating tho.. at least I'll get to see them.

Yes it does and also clashes with Trackrod. I'm at the Cork rally this year too. Just typical.
