Driver in Coma after freak accident
I don't know how many of you will have heard of a driver called Jason
Workman. He's been around for quite a few years in the ALMS, Grand-Am
and now the Koni series.
Sadly last Wednesday he suffered a freak accident which has left him in a
medically induced coma.

I met Jason at the Miami ALMS race back in 2003, he's a lovely guy and I
truly hope he recovers from this to return to racing.

I heard about this on another forum, sad news when a driver gets injured. i didn't know him personally and hadn't heard of him, but all the same, i hope he gets better soon.
100% out and out Ferrari fan.

Sad news, indeed. What a freak accident! You kind of accept accidents during racing, but this is far stranger than anything I've heard. Best wishes for Jason and his family...
