Jooyner wheel spun causing Gordon and Kenseth to split.

they just posted on nascar.com that the 99 had oil lid missing on post race inspection. Probably won't cost him the win, but could drop him in pts, enough to keep 18 at #1.

Keeping the penalty isn't NASCAR's decision to make. It goes to the National Stock Car Racing Commission.
