Apparently it stands at a colossal 7 hours! See BTCC.net for details. Great value for money! That'll be something to watch on Christmas afternoon before Doctor Who.

As has been pointed out before, Plato was actually on the 1997 cover!

As long as it's a good review, I don't care! Duke made last year's BSB review into a 6 hours on 2 discs (previously 3 hours/1 disc), although it was very cheaply made and not the best quality.

But the 2006 BTCC review was a big improvement on previous years so hopefully this one won't be a disappointment!

In addition to that, the 1992 review i have has Will Hoy's 1991 BMW M3 on the cover.

Also, the 1988 & 1989 BTCC reviews have Andy Rouse on the cover when he wasn't the champion (was the Class A winner those years though), though that was more to do with the fact Kaliber was a sponsor of the video i guess.

    Guesses:
    Last year's sold well?
This year was one of the best seasons in many years?
They did it cheap and nasty, but put lots on?
Who knows? But still, as long as it has some racing in it I'll be happy!

    Well actually, you can...

In response to why it's so long, it probably IS cheaper to stick more coverage on than go through editing the races too much - although that wouldn't make for such a good "review". Will wait and see though...

Having pre-ordered my copy from HMV over 6 weeks ago, their website now states the release date as December 10th!! There are a couple of other sites which say 'awaiting stock from supplier' but I'm not sure if it's actually on sale or not?!
