It's not like taking points away is going to hurt them in the Busch series the way it currently stands. Kyle doesn't even run a full schedule and is sitting 20th I doubt if he could care less. Now if you wanted to punish the team they only way would be to take the victory away, which is meerly punishing Kyle and would be totally undeserving.
Go Kyle Busch and the 18 car! :)

Rick Hendrick says the intake manifold was legal & he will appeal the penalty.
(It was only a $10,000 fine to the crewchief.)

Harvick, you have to pay attention. Here it is in a nutshell. NASCAR NEVER takes away a race victory. NEVER....you could run 10 illegal parts on the car, win, and they will dock your points, take some of the purse back but you get to keep the win. THey want the fans to go home knowing they saw the winner and THAT is their policy. The fact that Busch's win means little in the Busch point standings (next year I will be glad that Nationwide is the sponsor, cuz no guy named Nationwide will be racing in the series!)and the team will likely never run another one this year.
Also, if you think there is a conspiracy in FAVOUR of Hendrick, for a lot of years RCR got away with blue murder while Hendrick didn't......
NASCAR's rulings have been arbitrary and sometimes inconsistent for years. You want to quit whining about it? Stop watching....."Water for my horses, beer for my men and mud for my turtle".
