Need the regs of the new constructor's championship, but likely there would need to be an entry in the manufacturer's name to achieve homologation, and the entry should come with a manufacturer's price tag. How the team manifests is not important as deals can be done. The Toksport WRC2 effort avoids Skoda in a team name as a manufacturer now.
Probably not, who would want to? Maybe WRC2 remains for Rally2-sans-wrc-kit.
Yes. But at least there will be 2-3 teams. The increased competition is in any 1 rally, not the season long championship.

And how will that helping championship if Toyota will once again have advantage. Of course they are not to blame but in this stage wouldn't be logical to postpone everything until at least 2 or three teams will have WRC27 ready?

That would make sense, so we are definitely not doing that!
The promotion for monte next year will be funny too. You know the picture they make with the cars of the WRC1 teams?
You will have: The 27 Toyota, maybe the Rally2 Fiesta with some funny bolt on aero and a regular a** Rally2 I20

Hyundai could show up with their current Rally1 car and maybe, just maybe be enough competitive against Toyota.

I'm not too fussed, but maybe there is room and demand for a dedicated Rallycross forum? I guess Rally Raid and Baja can go in international rallying for the amount of posts it gets.
