I reckon its clickbait and his interpretation that the i20 Rally2 is a customer car and will remain so. Nothing is confirmed.

He's a well known belgian rally journalist. Has been for 30 years or more.
I'd say he's pretty reliable.

Please unfollow them - everything on those pages is completely made up, and a lot of it is harmful! For anyone who has seen any of those pages recently: no, Pernilla is not unwell and Oliver isn’t retiring at the end of the season… it’s all just lies to get attention, so please don’t give them any.
