12th Team to join F1 in 2017
There is a rumour that Horner has joined forces with BYD to bring a 12th team to F1 for the 2018 season.

It's a shame, because he is a good driver. When I did some calculations when Hyundai choosing the driver after Tanak left, he was results wise one of the best to pick.
