AFAIK Toyota is pretty clueless at the moment where to find the speed for the WRC 2027 to match the speed of WRC 2.

All five were inside 1.6sec of each others on this one.

lack of competition? ogier vs solberg vs evans. neuville vs fourmaux vs sordo.

the only thing missing is competition between constructors.

He did well backing out of it, instead of trying to make the corner.

Yeah, he actually saved it well.
Bit of a silly mistake though, they are only racing themselves here as the car is so poor, after already having two close shaves earlier in the rally there was no need for it.
The lad is quick, but he does need to cut the mistakes out.

Hmhm although I found him "disappointing". His advantage of McErlean seems smaller than on any other rally so far.

I agree. Armstrong has been a few seconds faster on most stages but has made a couple big mistakes. McErlean is doing comparatively well here.

It obviously can't happen, but, it'd be fun if halfway through the season once Toyota has secured the manufacturer's championship, they put Ogier, Evans, and Solberg in Msports while Armstrong, McErlean, and Fourmax get Toyotas
