Jo Bamford? Grandson of Joseph Cyril Bamford who started JCB diggers. Heir to the multi-billion pound fortune, friend of Tories and BoJo, owns a bus manufacturer and is in the hydrogen space. Found one possible rally entry on ewrc but as he also races I think it is him. So that's slightly interesting.

Aavo Pikkuus, estonian olympic gold medalist and world champion in road cycling, was quite successful in national rallies after retiring from cycling
