well, maybe this now opens your picture now more.
He has done now 3 starts at Finnish championship.
At first rally, Ralli Mikkeli - first rally and stage EVER with a 4wd machine and finishes just 3.1 seconds off stage winner Lappi. Crashed on next stage by going wide and ripping off a wheel, but still, what a debut stage time.
Second rally, Arctic Lapland Rally - took it more safe after that fast ending for the first rally, you could see it from the stage times by being 10th on first stage and then picking up the pace. Finished all the stages in top 8 and in the end was 7th in overall and beating other Estonian and last years Finnish champion Patrick Enok by one minute. Competing with the names like Lappi, Korhonen, Heikkilä, Kauppinen, Joona who all have much more experience.
This weekend was the third rally, Riihimäki rally - not as strong competition as on previous rallies but still, Lappi and Joona present. Finishes ALL stages in TOP2 and winning two stages, including the last 22km stage by beating Lappi there with 5 seconds and finishing just 3.7 seconds behind winner Lappi in overall standings.
Toyota took him for a reason, he beat the hell of out other candidates according to Latvala and im pretty sure he will beat Lappi already this year at some round.
Im telling you guys, we have found our next Tänak and the last time i was so excited about a talent was with Tänak.#8 Ott Tänak - Martin Järveoja #8

I'm as exited about him as I'm about Jaspar Vaher.
Romet is an extremely hardworking and intelligent driver. He is putting a lot of effort into his driving and also additional work inside the team. His improvement during a season or even during an event is something to look out for. With such a limited experience he has already shown his speed and ability to adapt new conditions. Unfortuantely he isn't driving a Yaris or Fabia, so we have to estimate how good or bad is the Fiesta in different conditions.
From an estonian point of view I also have to mention Robert Virves, who might do this year his best season so far. His has a good deal with Skoda and has already quite a lot of experience from last year with the same car. I hope we would be able this year to fight for more wins.

As previous user said, he is a very hard worker and also definitely very talented but for me not as much as Jaspar
Vaher has this raw natural talent like Tänak IMO
That’s purely my view and opinion. The stuff that Vaher has shown already with those first 3 rounds with first season on four wheel drive is mighty impressive in my eyes.

Fun fact, Romet Jurgenson was Vaher's codriver some years ago in amateur/folkrallies

He was probably 13 at that time. He will be 19 this week.

Also bear this in mind on Jaspar Vaher at Riihimäki Rally...
“I’m really satisfied with this result. Coming here I didn’t expect to be fighting for the podium places, but the conditions made it really difficult for the drivers at the front of the road order, so our starting position of seventh was a big advantage compared to them."

There is a better chance that things will go south thanks to our retard of a President. He dances to the strings that other people pull. This either gets resolved in the next week or it's going to go...
