I would expect but PLuto said that SS1 is dry and SS3 wet so I thought it's dry like dry and wet like wet.

I checked some webcams and I can see a bit of fog in some places, also Fourmaux mentioned the fog during the ceremonial start. That could be extra challenge.

Of course weather can change, especially in the mountains. My info was from time, when crews were deciding about tyre choice just before TC 0.

Snow has been cleared and the road has been heavily salted — no snow left on the racing line right now. Still watch for damp/mud in shaded spots & bridges.

You serious? They let them choose studded tires and then this happens? What is even the point of studded tires?? Totally disappointed, drivers will be massively frustrated by that, I can tell you.
