    News Flash - Adami demoted

    Ferrari has demoted Hamilton's race engineer, Adami. Adami shall be heading the young driver's program and performance engineering. The very poor chemistry between Adami and Hamilton has not been taken well by Ferrari management. His replacement is yet to be named. However, Peter Bonnington is not considered a possibility.

    The Italian press is suggesting ex-Mercedes man, Luca Diella, who was Hamilton's Performance Engineer at Mercedes between 2021 and 2024, but left Mercedes in 2025 to join Ferrari. Vasseur has been quoted as saying that they are considering multiple options. Lots of changes are going on at Ferrari, it seems. They are clearly taking success very seriously.
