If ogier wins this one, he deserves to be champion. He just is and remains the best.

Of course there is the argument that cost saving measures like this don't change a thing as manufacturers spend the money they have, but if it wasn't for this regulation we still would have teams changing engines every other weekend.

So I'd say regulations like this actually are technically advantageous.
I wouldn´t say they could change engine every other weekend either- Where is the golden spot?

Everyone knows the rules and regulations. All have to abide by them and adjust their car / parts and way of using them accordingly.

Hyundai has some thinking to do. Sacrifice potential points here and have a new engine for the last events penalty free?

Or complete Chile and swap cars with the lackey Fourmaux. Or even Neuville.

    Is swapping even allowed?

Before an entry list is published, I can't see why not. I'll stand corrected if I get corrected.

Fourmaux put into his place again when starting positions are equal, just like in Paraguay

The WRC has some stupid rules.

The manufacturers spent 60 miilions a year or more to win titles, and then they limite engines to only two?
A third one would blow the budgets? Seriously? They spent

Basicly, they sent 40 miillions on R&D, almost 20 doing rallies, and then they couldn't spend 300.000 Euros on a third engine? Are these 300.000 on one more engine and 200.000 on one more gearbox that will blow the budget?
    Three gears are enough!
