slided out to grass, stalled and can not start the car fast enough

Stage end is getting faster, everyone took time from Tänak. Ogier won the stage.
So what is the real connection of the new Lancia to the C3 Rally2 ? Does the Ypsilon road car share the same chassis, as it's a lot newer ? There's also some talk that it's only a marketing ploy...
