This is the most horrible understeer I have seen with Tänak and Hyundai combo

Horrible to watch. I’m surprised he is that fast

Ogier fastest through the day https://www.ewrc-results.com/results...2025/?s=494918

Tänak lost only 3 seconds to him if you take out his puncture loss

A variety of tech could be looked at. Mousse makes the tyre heavier. Whether some type on inner tube that allows a slower deflation or a bead lock rim so a new type of stiff-wall tyre that is never stretched over a rim but is mounted on a beadlock rim.
Perhaps an allowance of 2 bead lock sets per rally, so a driver can choose (Friday/ Saturday) to use for an afternoon loop after the stages are cut up or a morning loop push with rocks on the surface or save for the Sunday run.
How much further development since 2012?

Stewards have not corrected R2 top guys' times when they got into other drivers dust. Or they are looking into it in the morning?
